Youth Music Education

The Tulare County Symphony League’s youth music education programs involve nearly 400 students in Tulare County. The programs provide opportunities for aspiring musicians to develop their performance skills as well as provide outreach to underserved and at-risk students to learn to play a musical instrument for the first time.

After School Strings Instruction – Weekly music instruction on string instruments for students at Roosevelt Elementary School (Tulare) and Crowley Elementary School (Visalia). These programs are in partnership with the Tulare County Office of Education and Pro-Youth/HEART.
